12 bacon-flavored round buttery crackers
2 oz. KRAFT Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut lengthwise into 6 slices, then crosswise in half
1 plum tomato, cut into 6 slices

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top 6 crackers with tomatoes; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 cracker sandwiches.
Prepare using 2 sliced campari tomatoes or 6 halved grape tomatoes.
