12 round buttery cracker s
2 oz. KRAFT Hot Habanero Cheese, cut lengthwise into 6 slices, then crosswise in half
1 fresh pineapple slice (1/2 inch thick), cut into 6 pieces
6 sprigs fresh cilantro

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Place pineapple and cilantro on 6 topped crackers; cover with cheese-topped crackers, cheese sides down, to make 6 cracker sandwiches.
Substitute 6 small melon slices for the pineapple.
