1 pkg. (3 oz.) soft ladyfinger s, split
1-1/4 cups brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Arrange ladyfingers on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate, cutting to fit if necessary. Brush ladyfingers with 1/4 cup coffee.

Beat cream cheese and remaining coffee in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon; beat on low speed 2 min. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP. Spoon into prepared crust.

Freeze 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. before serving topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
