If you've got five cups of small broccoli florets, here's how to use them in a cheesy au gratin casserole they'll be sure to want again.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
5 cups small broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. water
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 Gala apple, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup raisins

Place broccoli in large microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender; drain. Return to bowl.

Cook and stir bacon in small saucepan on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 tsp. drippings from pan.

Add apples and garlic to reserved drippings; cook 3 to 4 min. or until apples are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add VELVEETA; cook on low heat 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream and bacon.

Add VELVEETA sauce and raisins to broccoli; mix lightly.

Variation
Prepare using 2% Milk Velveeta, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
