What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
3/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Almonds
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 egg s
8 thin pork cutlet s (2 lb.)
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard

Let's Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Beat eggs with 2 Tbsp. water in separate shallow dish. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in almond mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each cutlet.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat, in batches; cook 2 min. on each side or until meat is done.
Meanwhile, mix mayo and mustard. Serve with meat.
Prepare using turkey or chicken cutlets.
