Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slice s
4 sourdough sandwich roll s, split

Let's Make It
Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Heat 3 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Cook patties in same skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with mushrooms and cheese; cover. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
Brush cut sides of rolls with remaining dressing; fill rolls with cheeseburgers.
How to Toast Rolls
Heat broiler. Place rolls, cut sides up, on baking sheet. Brush rolls with dressing. Broil 1 to 2 min. or until golden brown. Fill with cheeseburgers as directed.
