Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and 1 Tbsp. chile powder until blended.
Shape into 34 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Sprinkle with remaining chile powder.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

How to Melt Chocolate
Break chocolate into pieces; place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.
