1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 30 to 35 min. or until done; drain.

Heat oven to 400ºF. Cover baking sheet with parchment or foil; spray with cooking spray. Place potatoes, 4 inches apart, on prepared baking sheet. Flatten with back of spatula to 1/2-inch thickness.

Combine dressing and cheese in small bowl. Add potatoes, 1 at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of each potato with dressing mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until crisp and golden brown.
