No degree in Hawaiian-style cooking is necessary to make these tasty sausage sliders. You will, however, need pineapple rings and Hawaiian dinner rolls.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage
4 fresh pineapple rings (1/4 inch thick)
8 Hawaiian sweet roll s, split
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
8 small lettuce leaves

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Cut sausage into 8 pieces, then partially cut each piece lengthwise in half.
Place sausage, cut sides down, on grill grate; grill 3 to 4 min. on each side or until heated through. Remove from grill.
Grill pineapple 1 to 2 min. on each side or until heated through. Remove from grill; cut in half.
Place rolls, cut sides down, on grill grate; grill 1 to 2 min. or until lightly toasted.
Mix mayo and seasonings until blended; spread onto cut sides of rolls. Fill with sausage, pineapple and lettuce.
Prepare using 1 pkg. (13 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage and/or drained canned pineapple rings.
Look for fresh pineapple rings in the produce section of your grocery store.
