This Sun Dried Tomato-Basil Roasted Cauliflower tastes like it's the vegetable special at a fine Italian restaurant. (Bet ours is easier to make!)

Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 cups cauliflower florets
1/3 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Toss cauliflower with dressing in medium bowl; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 20 min. or until tender.
Place in medium bowl. Add basil; mix lightly.
Bacon Ranch Roasted Cauliflower
Prepare as directed, omitting the basil, using KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, and tossing the cooked cauliflower with 6 slices cooked and crumbled OSCAR MAYER Bacon and 2 thinly sliced green onions before serving.
Curry & Almond Roasted Cauliflower
Prepare as directed, omitting the basil, using KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing mixed with 1 tsp. curry powder, and tossing the cooked cauliflower with 1/2 cup each dried cranberries and PLANTERS Sliced Almonds before serving.
