Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 4 cubes
1/2 cup chopped avocado s
1/2 cup chopped pico de gallo
4 hamburger bun s

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix meat and seasonings just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Place 1 VELVEETA cube on each of 4 patties; cover with remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.
Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), placing buns, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last 2 min. Meanwhile, combine avocados and pico de gallo.
Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers and avocado mixture. Cover with tops of buns.
Prepare using Mexican Velveeta.
