Bite-size strips of marinated and skillet-cooked beef sirloin steak add a hearty appeal to this Asian-inspired broccoli salad.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
12 oz. thin cut beef sirloin steak
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
3 cups broccoli florets
1 bag (5 oz.) greens
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
3 green onions
1 red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

Let's Make It
Thinly slice beef into bite-size strips. Combine with 3 tbsp. of salad dressing in small bowl, and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
While beef is marinating, slice red bell pepper and green onions.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of dressing and the broccoli florets. Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Then add beef to your skillet. Cook and stir another 3-5 minutes or until beef is slightly pink in center. Remove from heat.
In large salad bowl, combine greens with beef, broccoli and vegetables. Drizzle with remaining salad dressing and sliced almonds before serving.
