What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. ground chicken
1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Slice s
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
4 whole wheat hamburger bun s
4 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
1 avocado, cut into 8 slices
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked

Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Mix chicken and dressing mix just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Mix mayo and peppers until blended.
Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, bacon and mayo mixture. Cover with tops of buns.
Add a fresh fruit platter to the menu and you'll have the makings for easy party fare.
You can instead grill these delicious chicken patties in your grill pan on top of the stove. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in pan before adding chicken patties to hot pan and cooking as directed.
