1 each small green and red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup slivered onion s
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
10 flour tortilla s (8 inch)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Hot Habanero Cheese
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Heat oven to 375°F.

Cook and stir vegetables and cumin in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender; drain.

Spray tortillas with cooking spray. Place 5 tortillas, sprayed sides down, in single layer on baking sheet; top with vegetable mixture and cheese. Cover with remaining tortillas, sprayed sides up.

Bake 4 to 5 min. on each side or until quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut in half. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

How to Make Single-Serving Quesadillas
Spray tortillas with cooking spray; place 5 tortillas, sprayed sides down, in single layer on baking sheet; top with half each of the vegetable mixture and cheese. Fold in half. Bake as directed. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 5 additional quesadillas.
