What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (5 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken made with Whole Wheat
1-1/2 lb. no-salt-added condensed cream of chicken soup links, cut into 2-inch-thick slices
1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (8 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
Meanwhile, cook and stir sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat until sausage is done; drain. Add peppers, onions and garlic; cover. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato sauce. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Top sausage mixture with stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook 5 min. or until melted.
For a spicier dish, prepare using hot Italian chicken sausage.
