What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup sliced cooked boneless beef round steak
1/2 cup grilled red pepper strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat grill to medium heat.
Spread tortillas with barbecue sauce. Top half of each tortilla with meat, vegetables and cheese; fold in half to enclose filling.
Grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
Best of Season
Mix and match vegetables from the summer season, such as cut asparagus, corn kernels, cut green beans, chopped yellow squash and/or chopped zucchini.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
