Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. Italian turkey sausage links, sliced
1 each green and red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup water
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat dressing in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

Add bell peppers, tomatoes, seasonings and water; stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat.

Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese.
