Crunchy with toasted nuts and subtly spiced with cinnamon, these scrumptious bars will give your favorite convenience-store version a run for its money!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 32 servings
1 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, divided
1-1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
5 egg s, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
5 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Heat oven 350°F.
Use pulsing action to process 1/2 cup nuts in food processor until finely ground. Add flour and brown sugar; pulse until blended. Add 1 egg and cinnamon; use pulsing action to process until blended. Gradually add butter, pulsing just until butter resembles coarse crumbs. (Do not over process.) Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned.
Mix milk, chocolate, vanilla, remaining nuts and eggs until blended; pour over crust.
Bake 35 min. or until center is set. Cool completely in pan. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
Prepare using 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts or Pecans for the peanuts.
