4 cups French bread cubes (1 inch)
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding
2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
16 KRAFT Caramels
1 Tbsp. water

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place bread cubes in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Pour evenly over bread; sprinkle with chocolate.

Bake 30 min. or until center is almost set.

Microwave caramels and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Drizzle over bread pudding.

Mix pudding ingredients and pour into prepared baking dish as directed; sprinkle with chocolate. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed, increasing the baking time if necessary until pudding is done. Prepare caramel sauce, then drizzle over pudding as directed.
