5 slices white bread, toasted
3 1/4 cups water, divided
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp. PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Remove and discard crusts from toast slices. Place toast in small bowl. Add 1 cup water; let stand 5 min. or until toast is softened. Place in blender.

Add remaining water, dressing, cucumbers, nuts and pepper in blender; blend until smooth.
