Heat oven to 375°F.
Cut tops off peppers; discard tops or reserve for another use. Remove and discard seeds and membranes from insides of peppers.
Prepare Shell Pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding peppers to the boiling water for the last 5 min. Remove peppers from water with tongs; drain. Drain shell pasta; return to saucepan.
Stand peppers in 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Add turkey, Cheese Sauce and half the salsa to shell pasta; mix lightly. Spoon into peppers; top with remaining salsa. Cover.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheddar; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted.
Prepare using chopped cooked chicken or ham.
