A blend of sweetened cocoa powder and ricotta make a sumptuous filling in these elegant Chocolate Ricotta-Filled Pears for four.

3/4 cup POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. orange zest
2 large pear s, peeled, halved and cored
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted

Beat first 4 ingredients in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in morsels and zest.

Cut small piece from round side of each pear half so pear lies flat. Brush outside of pears with juice. Place each pear half on serving plate.

Spoon ricotta mixture evenly onto tops of pears. Sprinkle with nuts.
