What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien
1 cup broccoli florets
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Arrange potatoes and broccoli in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with ham.
Stir milk gradually into flour in medium bowl. Add egg product, half the cheese, basil and pepper; mix well. Pour over vegetables.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
Assemble as directed, but do not bake. Cover; refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, as directed.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese just before baking.
