1 cup KRAFT Shredded Jalapeño Cheese, divided
1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup, divided
5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Heat oven to 425°F.
Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan. Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Stir in baking mix, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/4 cup syrup.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 12 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon; bake 3 min. until cheese is melted. Drizzle with remaining syrup.

How to Grease and Flour a Baking Pan
Spread shortening onto bottom and up sides of baking pan with a paper towel or piece of waxed paper until lightly coated. Then, sprinkle bottom of pan with small amount of flour. Tap pan with your hand while rotating pan until bottom and sides of pan are evenly coated with flour. Holding pan upside down, tap out any excess flour.
