1 small French bread baguette, cut into about 12 one inch slices
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced eggplant
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 Tbsp. fresh basil
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. olive oil

While bread is toasting, mix diced tomato, eggplant, olives and basil together in a small bowl and add in olive oil. Stir, and season to taste.
