What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
8 egg s, beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Heat oven to 350°F.
Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender.
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended. Pour over vegetables.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of your favorite KRAFT Shredded Cheese before baking as directed.
