What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 cups small broccoli florets
2 cups couscous, uncooked
4 boneless beef sirloin steak s (1-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup KRAFT Spicy Honey Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

Let's Make It
Bring broth and broccoli to boil in large saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
Meanwhile, heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add steak; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add barbecue sauce, pineapple juice and syrup to same skillet; stir. Bring to boil; cook on medium-high heat 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Fluff couscous with fork. Serve chops and couscous topped with sauce. Sprinkle with nuts.
Prepare using boneless pork chops.
