30 KRAFT Caramels, divided
1-1/2 cups cold milk, divided
27 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 cup apple pie filling
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Microwave 15 caramels and 2 Tbsp. milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are melted, stirring after 1 min. Add wafer crumbs and nuts; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom or springform pan.

Place remaining caramels and 2 Tbsp. milk in another large microwaveable bowl; microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir in remaining milk and dry pudding mixes with whisk; beat 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Pour into prepared crust. Top with pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
