Combine first 4 ingredients in gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, to the flour mixture. Close bag; shake to coat chicken pieces.
Whisk egg and milk in shallow dish. Place cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture, then in cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat each piece. Place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, mix mayo and mustard in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 sec. or until heated through, stirring after 15 sec.
Serve chicken with mayo mixture.
Substitute your favorite KRAFT Barbecue Sauce for the mustard.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
