What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3 OSCAR MAYER Chili Cheese Dog s, chopped
1/3 cup frozen corn
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl just until blended. Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese.
Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups; top with cheese.
Bake 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Transfer to wire racks; cool slightly.
Prepare using OSCAR MAYER Premium Jumbo Beef Franks.
For extra flavor, use the entire jalapeño pepper.
