The stars in this stuffing-topped casserole are two big cans of crushed tomatoes and chopped walnuts. It'd be hard to find an easier side dish recipe!

Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cans (28 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
3/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Let's Make It
Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook 8 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 20 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Heat oven to 350ºF. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, reducing water to 1 cup. Stir in nuts.
Spoon tomato mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with stuffing mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until tomato mixture is heated through and stuffing mixture is lightly browned.
Sprinkle with 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before serving.
