This Chocolate-Peanut Butter Banana Bread is studded with chocolate morsels, topped with crunchy PB glaze—and soon to be a favorite in your house!

Original recipe yields 24 servings
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 egg
1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. milk, divided
1 cup fully ripe mashed banana s (about 3)
3/4 cup plus 3 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter, divided
3 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk egg and 1 cup milk in medium bowl. Add bananas, 3/4 cup peanut butter, oil and vanilla; mix well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate morsels.

Pour into 2 greased and floured 8x4-inch loaf pans.

Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

Cook remaining peanut butter and butter in small saucepan on medium heat until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and remaining vanilla. Add remaining milk; mix well. Spread over bread; sprinkle with nuts.

Make it Easy
Omit peanut butter frosting. Sprinkle bread with 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar just before serving.

Note
For easier slicing, wrap unfrosted cooled bread and store overnight before frosting and cutting into slices the next day.

Make Ahead
Prepare bread as directed but do not frost. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Freeze for up to 4 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator or for 4 hours at room temperature. Prepare frosting as directed. Frost bread and sprinkle with nuts before serving.
