Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Finely crush 14 grahams; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Drizzle with milk.
Break remaining grahams into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle over dessert; top with chocolate, then marshmallows.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
