No magic required to turn frozen broccoli and instant white rice into a yummy casserole. You will, however, need sour cream, cheese and buttery crackers!

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup chopped red onion s
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
12 round buttery cracker s, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; stir in 1 cup cheese.

Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

Bake 35 min. or until heated through; uncover. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
