Why serve Halloween appetizers that are fun and goofy when they could be fun, goofy and tasty, too? These cheesy sausage biscuit balls are awesome!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 25 servings
1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked, drained
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper s
2 green onion s, sliced
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
17 pimento-stuffed green olives, each cut into 3 slices

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix all ingredients except olives; shape into 50 (1-inch) balls.
Press 1 olive slice into top of each ball, leaving just top of olive exposed, to resemble eyeball. Place, olive sides up, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned.
Substitute KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for the Cheddar.
