Let's Make It
Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add 1 Tbsp. cilantro; mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom of shallow serving dish.
Combine mangos, tomatoes, onions and remaining cilantro; spoon over cream cheese mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips and jicama sticks.
Prepare using 1 softened 8-oz. pkg. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, and adding 1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder to cream cheese mixture before spreading onto bottom of serving dish.
