What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. Yukon gold potato es (about 4), cut into 1-inch chunks
1 lb. red potatoes (about 3), cut into 1-inch chunks
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup plus 2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Heat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with garlic and oil; spread onto bottom of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Place potatoes in medium bowl. Mix sour cream, parsley and 1/4 cup cheese until blended. Add to potatoes; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Look for firm, smooth, well-shaped potatoes that are free of wrinkles, cracks and blemishes. Avoid any with green-tinged skins or sprouting "eyes" or buds.
