What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
2 lb. small red potatoes (about 9), quartered

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss until evenly coated.
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, uncovering after 40 min.
Prepare using 4 crumbled cooked slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon and/or KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses.
Garnish with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley before serving.
