No taco shells? No problem! You won't miss them in this easy Foil-Pack Potato Tacos for four with diced potatoes and cheese.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 tsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Mix meat and seasoning mix. Layer 1/4 each of the potatoes, meat mixture, cheese and salsa in center of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil.
Fold foil to make 4 packets. Place in rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 15 min. or until meat is done. Remove from oven; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets. Serve with sour cream.
Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
Assemble packets as directed. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before baking as directed, increasing baking time to 20 min.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
