S'mores and brownies and cupcakes, oh my! Sometimes you can just tell by a recipe's name that it's going to go over big in your house.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 pkg. (15.9 oz.) brownie mix (8-inch pan size)
8 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow s, halved
4 graham cracker s, broken into quarters (16 small rectangles)

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Prepare brownie brownie batter directed on package; spoon into 16 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 15 to 17 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Remove from oven.
Heat broiler. Press marshmallow halves, cut sides down, onto tops of brownies. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown. Top with graham cracker pieces, pressing lightly into marshmallows to secure. Cool completely.
Sprinkle cupcakes with unsweetened cocoa powder just before serving.
