2 lb. lean ground chicken
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, chopped
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 egg, beaten

Heat oven to 400°F.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients just until blended; shape into 56 (1-inch) meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done (165ºF).
Serve with one or more of the following sauces: Cilantro-Alfredo Sauce: Mix 1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce and 1/4 cup milk in medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro. Sweet 'N Sour Chili Sauce: Combine 1 jar (12 oz.) KRAFT Sweet 'N Sour Sauce, 1 tsp. chili powder, and 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and lime zest in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Nutty Peach Sauce: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in medium saucepan on medium-low heat. Add 1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans and 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in 3 cups coarsely chopped fresh or thawed frozen peaches; cool 5 min. Spoon peach mixture into blender. Add 1 Tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard; blend until smooth. Return to saucepan. Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley.
