It's hard to imagine a banana bread more scrumptious than Grandma's—moist, deliciously banana-y and studded with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 large egg s
4 over-ripe banana s, mashed
1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/4 cup whole milk
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a large rectangular baking pan (is this a 9X4 or 8X4 loaf pan?) with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into large bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl combine: eggs, banana, oil and milk. Mix to combine.

Combine dry ingredients into wet ingredient bowl. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour OR until toothpick inserted comes out clean

Allow bread to cool in pan slightly before slicing and serving.
