1-1/4 cups HEINZ BBQ Sauce Hawaii Style Sweet & Smoky, divided
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 broiler-fryer chicken (4 lb.), cut up, skin removed
2 large red pepper s, coarsely chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
8 cups cooked long-grain white rice

Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for later use. Mix remaining barbecue sauce with chicken broth in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray until blended.

Top with all remaining ingredients except rice; cover with lid.
