1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 pkg. (30 oz.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix soup and sour cream in large bowl until blended. Add potatoes, cheese, onions and peppers; mix well.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
