1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup milk
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 min. or until tender; drain. Return to pan.
Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
Add 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or chives to potatoes with the garlic.
