There must be a million ways to enjoy rotisserie chicken—but this is the most delicious way to enjoy it on an easy-to-make pizza with white sauce.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1-1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
2 tomatoes, seeded, sliced
1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Spread onto pizza crust; top with tomatoes and seasoning.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is lightly browned.
Top with thinly sliced fresh basil before serving.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
Substitute 2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk white chicken breast or leftover cooked chicken for the rotisserie chicken.
