Original recipe yields 24 servings
1-1/2 cups crushed European-style cookie for coffee (speculoos cookies) (about 20 cookies)
1 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg s
1/3 cup European-style cookie butter (speculoos cookie butter)

Heat oven to 325°F.

Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 24 paper-lined muffin cups.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Spoon over crusts. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until centers are almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Microwave cookie butter in microwaveable bowl 30 sec.; stir until melted. Cool slightly. Drizzle over cheesecakes.
