2 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 lb. red new potatoes, halved
1 red pepper, chopped
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley before serving.
