6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 lb. seedless red grape s, halved
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/2 cup KRAFT Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
2 Gala apple s, chopped
1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted

Layer lettuce, grapes and celery in large bowl.

Mix mayo and dressing; toss with apples. Spoon over celery layer; spread over salad to seal. Refrigerate several hours.
