Sorry to sound like we're bragging—but this grilled onion dip with French fried onions and Parmesan is so extraordinarily delicious it's too hard not to!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 26 servings
1 large Spanish onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup french-fried onions

Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Place Spanish onion slices on grill grate; grill 6 to 8 min. or until golden brown, turning after 4 min. Cool 5 min.
Meanwhile, mix next 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
Chop grilled onions; stir into sour cream mixture. Top with French fried onions.
Serve with crackers and/or cut-up fresh vegetables.
